If you wish to meet real Vampires, they prowl around this Sanctuary as well ...so wrap a scarf around your neck and pull up your collars if you tour beyond this Halloween Chamber! Some of my Vampires are kind and friendly ... but there are some who can be quite vicious. |
I have been asked, "Some Witches are offended to see kids and adults dressing up in ugly green make-up and warts and the like when they portray a witch for Halloween.....does this bother YOU?"
My answer..HELL NO! :) Halloween is a time for fun. I dress up that way myself sometimes. Now, it is true that some are offended, and please do try to be sensitive to this fact in certain situations because you must realize that the reason is mostly because Witches get a bad rap and there are SO many misconceptions about Witches. Sure....there are good Witches and there are bad Witches. There is good and bad in everyone, no matter what religion you are or what your lifestyle is. But I am too light-hearted to let much bother me. Besides, we should ALL be judged by the things we DO and by the personalities of the soul/person beneath the exterior....
... as for Halloween dress-up time ...
a green-faced witch doesn't bother me anymore than a guy with bolts sticking out of his neck.
